Field Percussion Workshop Return Policy

Our goal is for you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase.  Our goal is to get you the best prices on everything you buy and to make sure that you are happy with what you’ve got.  The manufacturers we work with are always willing to help out in anyway to make you feel good about your purchase.  If your item shows up and you aren’t happy we will do whatever we can to make you happy.  Repair, replace, or refund.  We will do everything we can to make you happy.  You have 14 days from the date the items are received to request a refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at 1-603-493-1588 to obtain an authorization.
  2. Include a copy of your receipt and Return Authorization Number in the returning package.
  3. Ship it to us pre-paid in the original packaging. If you’re returning because of our mistake, we’ll arrange the shipment at no cost to you.
  4. Items will be inspected and processed within 3 days upon arrival. Items not in the original condition will be refused.  Returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee unless the item is being returned because of damage.
  5. Refunds will be paid via the original payment method. Please allow 2-10 days for your bank to process the funds.
